ChurchSuite is a new way for keeping in touch with each other at St Paul's.
It is software that’s designed to help churches with administrative tasks and improve communication with its members. Tasks such as planning worship, creating rotas, organising church events can all be completed through ChurchSuite.
There are two sides to ChurchSuite – one for administrators to use (those in charge of rotas/event creation etc.) and one for members. On the members side, each person can easily update their own information and see what’s happening in the Church. It’s important to note, from a privacy point of view, other members cannot view each other’s personal details, unless you want to share them.
As St. Paul’s grows, we want to make sure we have the right tools in place to allow us to focus on caring for our congregation and spreading the Good News and not be distracted with admin tasks. If you’re not online, don’t worry. You can still update your contact details via the office and rotas can still be printed out so you know when you’re serving.

How does it work?
Fill out the form below to join ChurchSuite. You will then be sent an invite and through this an account will be created for you. After this you will see upcoming events and any rota duties you might have from ChurchSuite, which will also email reminders of when you are on duty.
For example, for a Kirk Session meeting, a meeting plan could be created, with attached minutes/agenda any other information of note. This can easily then be emailed to all session members.
For rotas, people can individually update their availability to ChurchSuite’s database, ensuring they aren’t assigned to dates they can’t attend. It also allows people to easily swap dates if needed.
